The iTunes Store?

Well, well, well, I've finally got around to updating my blog. To me it feels like it's been a really long time since I posted anything, but I have still been making my weekly updates. I think, well, I'm pretty sure I didn't miss any.

A few weeks ago I won a gift card to the iTunes store. It was worth 25 dollars, which I thought was pretty cool, and because I never win anything ever, well hardly ever, I was pretty pleased. Thank you Coca-cola, and you're welcome for all the soda's I've bought through the years.

The prize gift card spent the inital part of it's life in my care living in my inside coat pocket, but once I had a little more free time. I decided to try out my card on the iTunes store. I had never used iTunes to buy music prior to this so it was a new experince for me.

After I scratched the number cover thingy off the card, and inputted the card number, I was ready to start shopping. I found the process easy and user friendly. Sometimes I found that the search gave some results that I wasn't looking for, but over all that wasn't really a big deal.

The only part that I had a hard time with was just that I didn't get any kind of solid object to go with my purchase. I understand that that's not how it works, but a big part of buying music for me is getting the CD or record, so to download a digital copy of an album was new to me. Overall, I think it was a good experince, and I'd probably do it again, the next time I win and iTunes gift card.

So I suppose you might be wondering what I bought. Well, I'm gonna tell you.
I bought Al Green: Greatest Hits, and The Rolling Stones Out of Our Heads. Both of which are good albums. Check them out.
